FrazOil, a wholly owned subsidiary of Oilserv Limited is an indigenous Nigerian oil and gas company, engaged in the exploration and development of high return, low risk onshore & offshore properties. FrazOil capitalizes on its intellectual know-how to acquire and manage a its oil, gas and mineral assets via astute investing, ownership and operation for sustained profitability.

FrazOil employs a growth strategy that leverages management’s technical and operational expertise to create growth through hands-on production activities, while also growing its investment base of non-operating properties and royalty interests. FrazOil’s oil and gas operations are currently focused in the Gulf of Guinea states of West Africa, with expansion plans for East Africa’s Indian Ocean countries currently under development.
